Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully – they relate to your use of the car park at 231 Liverpool Street, Hobart.
This car park does not accommodate utility vehicles (utes), long station wagons or large 4WDs. Any vehicle reported to be causing obstruction will be towed at the owner’s cost.
By completing the Expression Of Interest (EOI) form, you are deemed to have agreed with these terms and conditions.
Cost – Long Term (per month only)
- $280 per calendar month per designated car space
- Rent is to be paid in advance; it will be invoiced and due on the 1st of the month
Waiting List
- You will be emailed as soon as a space is available
- We reserve the right to refuse to offer a car space
Cancelling Your Car Space
- You must give 21 days’ notice to cancel your car park
- Notice less that 21 days will incur the full cost of the month due
Parking
- You will be allocated a numbered space within the car park and must use only that space.
- You must only park in your designated space
- This car park does not accommodate utility vehicles (utes), long station wagons or large 4WDs. Any vehicle reported to be causing obstruction will be towed at the owner’s cost.
Liability
- You use this car park at your own risk.
- We are not liable for theft or damage to your vehicle or contents or personal injury or death.
- You are responsible for your actions and damage or injury you cause, and you indemnify us against losses we suffer arising from your actions.
- If you damage another vehicle in the car park you must report the matter to the appropriate authorities as required by law and provide your vehicle and contact details to the owner of the other vehicle
- You are responsible for your passengers, including children and pets, who must always be kept under your control in the car park.
- We have no responsibility for contents left in the vehicle and if you leave contents in your vehicle, you do so at your own risk.

Safety
- Thoroughly check the driveway is clear before entering or exiting.
- Thoroughly check the footpath is clear before crossing

Managers
The car park is managed by Event Management Pty Ltd. No liability is accepted, you park at your own risk.
