Amelia Griggs

Amelia, or better known around the office as Millie, has been with Conference Design since the beginning of 2018 and thrives in a high pressure fast-paced work environment, making conference management the perfect career for her.

Millie has a passion and motivation to exceed the expectations of her clients and finds the most rewarding part of the job to be putting a face to the name of the clients and delegates she has worked with and assisted in the lead up to a conference.

Millie brings to the team over 10 years experience in Tourism and Business Admin roles across both Australia and the UK.  Millie completed her Certificate III in Business and in Tourism whilst studying at college and has recently graduated from a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Studies, and is excited to be continuing her studies in the Business Management in the next year.

When Millie isn’t planning a conference, she is helping to empower and mentor young professionals through her volunteer work with The Hive Collective,  planning her next holiday or baking decadent goods (best macaroons ever!) Or, in true Millie style, she’s doing it all at once!
